Next, a quick update on how the book has been doing lately. Thanks to your support and four months of working at it together, the average first-day sales have climbed from 1,600 to over 7,000, and peak sales have reached over 19,000.
You're all amazing.
In the new year, I'll continue to update by at least 6,000 words a day. Since I write part-time, I can only guarantee that minimum; any extra chapters will depend on how much free time I have.
Actually, I don't usually stop at 6,000 words to save up chapters. I just publish however much I write, which is why I often end up with chapters of 7,000 or 8,000 words.
Of course, I've set a little goal for the new year: if I can reach 10,000 subscribers, I'll push myself again and go back to writing 10,000 words a day for a month!
