The silver-haired youth spoke softly, while the young woman's eyes flickered slightly as she was awed by the sight before them.
They had never seen buildings like these—towering skyscrapers that reached into the clouds, their mirror-smooth surfaces reflecting the sky as though they had been carved from a single enormous piece of metal or jade.
Their shapes were square and orderly, their lines simple yet full of strength, completely different from the ornate palaces with carved beams, painted rafters, and upturned eaves found in the Cultivation World.
"Other than the Formation protecting the city walls, the buildings inside do not have a single spiritual pattern or any trace of a Formation."
"Are they really so confident in the Formation defenses outside the city?"

The young man nodded. His gaze swept across the city walls and the buildings' outer walls, where he noticed strange patterns and symbols covering their surfaces.
They resembled neither Runes nor Formations, yet they faintly radiated an unusual power.
"Senior Sister, look at the patterns on those walls. Could they be some kind of writing?"
The young man pointed at rows of raised symbols on the city wall.
The young woman followed his gaze and nodded.
"They do resemble writing, but they are unlike any script we know. The civilization on this planet seems completely different from every Cultivation World civilization recorded in our sect."
"But even if the teleportation passage could not maintain a fixed destination, it should not have sent us to a Cultivation World that had never established contact with our sect."
"Could a previous sect master have deleted the information about this civilization?"
The young woman was puzzled. Her brows furrowed slightly, but she could not come up
