He placed the tip of his left index finger against the backs of the cards in his left hand. Curling the fingers of his left hand, he used his right hand to help raise the cards in his left hand upright.

He used his left thumb to hold the upper end of the cards in his left hand.

At this point, his left hand held the cards in the same manner as his right hand.

Cheng Tong bent the cards in both hands into roughly equal arcs, keeping all four fingers except the thumbs curled, with the upper ends of the two halves facing each other.

His index fingers extended, aligned with the other three fingers.

Then, he controlled the pressure of his thumbs and gradually relaxed his other fingers.

A rustling sound rang out.
