Star Shine Media's Major Shareholder

Ye Chen and Su Ningwei exchanged a look, both somewhat surprised, thinking they had misheard.

Pei Xuan got straight to the point. "You heard correctly—the major shareholder of Star Shine Media. I know that with the capabilities you two have as a couple, there's no need for you to work for someone else. Sooner or later, you'll strike out on your own.

"However, starting your own company comes with plenty of headaches. I hold sixty-six percent of Star Shine Media's shares, Xin Fan holds ten percent, Fu Yi holds five percent, and Sister An holds ten percent. Zhao Shiyu, Lin Yinyin, and Xu Manman each hold three percent.

"I plan to keep fifteen percent for myself as retirement security. Would you be willing to purchase the remaining fifty-one percent at seventy percent of market value? That way, you'll become Star Shine Media's largest shareholders, with the greatest say and voting power in the company."

"You want to sell us fifty-one percent of Star Shine Media's shares at seventy percent of market value?" Su Ningwei was rather surprised.

Star Shine Media had been profitable all these years. Although it had not earned as much since Su Ningwei left the group, it was still a highly profitable company.

Even at seventy percent of market value, it would be an incredible bargain.

Ye Chen was surprised as well. He had originally thought that Pei Xuan might give up ten percent of the shares to keep him around, but he had not expected her to hand over fifty-one percent outright—truly giving him the position of boss.

Pei Xuan smiled. "That's right. Star Shine Media is currently profitable, but I've been in this industry for too long, and I'm a little tired. I'm planning to retire early and enjoy life. Seeing that you two have
