"If I don't train and get stronger, I'm really going to die."
Naruto Lynn furrowed his brow slightly.
From the memories DC Lynn had just shared, the Batman Who Laughs he'd encountered seemed to be the biggest boss in the DC Universe.
Although the Batman Who Laughs was Batman, driven even more insane by Joker Venom,
he had the favor of a multiverse-level deity—the Dragon of the Dark Multiverse, Barbatos.
So if DC Lynn wanted to survive, he had to escape the Batman Who Laughs's universe.
Naruto Lynn turned to DC Lynn and suggested:
"That's way too difficult. Why don't you try finding The Flash?
"Get him to take you to another universe, or find a way to gain the Speed Force from him. Then you can travel to another universe yourself."
DC Lynn shook his head. "The most important thing right now is getting out of Gotham City.
"The Batman Who Laughs already has an army of the Grim Knight. Before long, he might have the Dark Knights, too.
"I have to get out first. I'll figure out the rest later."
Hearing that, Naruto Lynn nodded.
"That shouldn't be too hard. Combine your various Lightning Release techniques with Electric Current Drive, and you should be able to escape Gotham City."
"It's just a shame about Gotham City. It used to be a fine city, and now look what it's become."
DC Lynn sighed before continuing.
"I saw too many homeless people in that city, along with countless others being slaughtered on a whim.
"There's so much evil in that city, it makes me furious.
"So, in a fit of rage, I trained my Electric Current Drive all the way to 50,000 volts."
Hearing that, Marvel Lynn could relate.
"I just destroyed a base where they were conducting research on Mutants and killed those damn scumbags. They never treated us like people."
After Naruto Lynn adjusted to the boost from reaching 50,000 volts with Electric Current Drive, he said:
"Is my situation any different from yours?
"The people in Konoha are a bunch of dogs. I'm the only survivor of the Uchiha Clan, but they slandered me and said I slaughtered the entire clan.
"Those damned hypocrites are impossible to stomach."
Feeling the predicament all three of them were in, Marvel Lynn took a deep breath and puffed out his chest.
"If those bastards deserve to die, then let's kill them all.
"One day, we'll carve a path to a brighter world through their blood!"
Naruto Lynn placed a hand on his. "Good!"
DC Lynn reached out his hand as well.
"I'll escape the Batman Who Laughs's universe first. Then I'll make sure to kill them all!"
Once they'd made up their minds, Marvel Lynn began combining various Lightning Release techniques with Electric Current Drive in the Unknown Land.
Naruto Lynn watched from the side and sighed.
"It's a shame no new versions of us have shown up."
DC Lynn stood nearby and said:
"I have a feeling that the next time we come here, we'll see a new version of ourselves."
Naruto Lynn nodded.
"Lately, I'll see if I can get my hands on stronger Lightning Release and Magnet Release techniques. After that, I'll have the Mangekyō Sharingan evolve."
"But doesn't the Mangekyō Sharingan need to be fused with the eyes of a close relative in order to evolve?"
Naruto Lynn smiled calmly, full of confidence.
"I just need to dig out my own eyes. Your healing ability and Electric Current Drive should be enough to regenerate them."
DC Lynn shook his head. "You should wait until you've trained Magnetic Field Rotation to 100,000 horsepower.
"Then you'll be able to reorganize your cells, and you can dig out as many of your own eyes as you want."
Soon, the mist around them began to thin, and the scenery gradually twisted.
All the Lynns returned to their own worlds.
Marvel Lynn slowly opened his eyes and found himself lying on the bed in the inn.
He glanced at the time on the television and realized that although a long time had passed in the Unknown Land, only a second had gone by in the real world.
"In that case, I'll get some rest first, then go find something to eat."
The next day arrived before long.
Lynn looked out the window and saw that the tank he'd spotted the night before was already driving down the street.
He snorted.
"What a show of force. They actually brought a tank and RPG launchers to deal with one little Mutant like me."
He waited until the tank and the others had all left his line of sight before walking out of the inn.
"Even though I used the Transformation Technique to take someone else's appearance, my chakra can only sustain it for six hours.
"I should find something to eat first, then test out the terrifying boost from 50,000 volts of Electric Current Drive."
Lynn could feel every cell in his body buzzing with excitement because of the power of Electric Current Drive.
His cells were also rubbing together much faster than before.
Lynn walked slowly along the street.
Compared to the city's towering buildings, the houses here were more run-down and much shorter.
An indescribable smell hung over the street.
Lynn could even see pieces of human remains in the open sewers.
Most of the people here were Black, and quite a few had bulges at their waists, probably from carrying guns.
Before long, he arrived at a restaurant in the slums.
The wind chime hanging outside rang as Lynn pushed open the door.
Calling it a restaurant was a stretch. It was more like a bar.
Most of the people inside were drunks who'd come over for a drink first thing in the morning, along with a few others who kept glancing around.
Lynn walked up to the counter and looked at the server in front of him.
The man was middle-aged, with a burly build and a scruffy beard. His black-and-white clothes were rather dirty, and he looked weathered.
Of course, most importantly, Lynn's Mangekyō Sharingan could see a faint stream of energy flowing through the server's body.
That meant one thing.
The server was a Mutant.
