"What?!"
The lead Anbu Ninja's expression changed abruptly. He seemed completely caught off guard.
His hands moved rapidly as he hurried to form Hand Seals and use the Body Flicker Technique.
But Lynn was simply too fast.
His heavily muscled arm was like steel, tearing through the air with a fierce whoosh as it slammed toward the lead Anbu Ninja's head.
Crack!
The lead Anbu Ninja's head burst like a watermelon, sending blood and flesh flying.
The air filled with the thick, acrid stench of blood.
At the sight, the Anbu Ninja surrounding him, who had been so confident moments before, were suddenly shaken.
Th-this can't be possible!
According to the files, Lynn Uchiha was only at the level of an ordinary Chunin.
How could he kill an Anbu Ninja who was a Jonin in an instant?
Watching the Anbu Ninja's expressions change, Lynn's smile widened.
"A Chunin could wipe out the Uchiha Clan... You mongrels can't even come up with a believable lie!"
He hadn't used any other ninjutsu. He'd taken down that Anbu Ninja using nothing but his physical abilities and the Body Flicker Technique.
It seemed that, with a ten-thousand-volt current driving him, he could mold chakra several times faster than before.
Even his physical strength had increased dramatically, far beyond what an ordinary person could comprehend.
And Lynn had thought of something else.
He now had incredible resilience and a terrifying physique.
What would happen if he learned the Eight Inner Gates?
"Attack together!"
Seeing Lynn kill their leader in an instant, the Anbu Ninja ahead of him could hold back no longer. They hurled countless weapons at him all at once.
He was just a mere Chunin, while they were all elite forces belonging to Lord Danzo.
There was no way Lynn Uchiha could escape them!
Whoosh, whoosh, whoosh!
Several dark flashes shot toward Lynn.
Lynn abruptly raised his hand and hurled a barrage of Shuriken and Kunai in return.
Backed by his immense strength, each Shuriken and Kunai carried unimaginable momentum.
The air tore apart again and again, erupting in sharp, explosive cracks like the shrieks of eagles.
Like nails, the incoming Kunai were all knocked aside.
The remaining Anbu Ninja were just about to charge in and unleash their ninjutsu.
Then they noticed a gorgeous pattern in the shadows ahead of them. No one knew when it had appeared.
It looked like a flower, yet also like a curse upon the world.
A sense of foreboding arose in everyone's hearts.
Then a terrifying black flame climbed up their legs.
"Ah! What is this?!"
"It's the Uchiha Clan's Sharingan!"
"Damn Uchiha! Kill him!"
"..."
Before the Anbu Ninja could make a move, the black flames of Amaterasu began consuming their bodies.
In the end, every one of them became ash, drifting away on the wind.
Lynn gathered up all the ninja tools that had fallen to the ground and even picked up quite a few Military Ration Pills.
"Thanks to the other two versions of me, I've gained incredible physical abilities. My Lightning Release Chakra can even combine with the Electric Current Drive to stimulate my cells and produce more chakra.
"If I can train the Electric Current Drive to become even stronger, I'll have power that surpasses the entire Ninja World."
Looking at the clothes scattered on the ground, Lynn recalled what those people had said.
He sneered. "Heh... A bunch of mongrels, pinning the destruction of the Uchiha on me?"
Lynn grabbed the unconscious Uchiha Sasuke and turned to look behind him.
Under the night sky, Konoha was barely visible among the trees, swallowed by darkness.
"If that's the case, what reason do I have not to topple this mongrel-infested Konoha?!"
With that, Lynn's figure blurred into a streak as he raced in the opposite direction from Konoha.
Marvel Universe.
Surrounded by fully armed guards, Lynn was led out of his cell.
He walked slowly down the dark, gloomy corridor.
Just before he was about to leave the prison, he raised his head and looked up.
He saw a white security camera mounted on the ceiling.
Like a giant eye, it stared intently down at the cells.
The camera had spotted Lynn when he tested his abilities earlier.
But that had been deliberate on Lynn's part.
His goal was to get into the lab and kill every last one of those bastards.
Watching Lynn being escorted away, Brando wore a delighted smile.
Those damn Mutants deserved to be used for research. It would be best if every last one of them died!
The other guards also looked at Lynn with open malice.
They seemed to despise Mutants.
On top of that, their hostile gazes held a trace of pity, as if they were looking at a cold corpse.
Feeling their malicious stares, Lynn suppressed the murderous rage inside him.
Soon...
Once we reach the lab, these mongrel beasts will die.
"Get in!"
Brando shoved Lynn through the security door in front of them.
Looking at him, he sneered, despising those damn Mutant freaks even more.
Soon, they passed through the remaining doors and reached the lab.
As soon as he entered, Lynn saw numerous beds arranged around the room.
A large surgical light hung above each bed.
A gaunt person lay on each one, as if asleep.
But their abdomens had been brutally cut open, exposing their internal organs. The sight was horrifyingly bloody.
Several researchers in white coats worked with blank expressions, removing the Mutants' organs and placing them into containers.
All that remained were empty shells.
On the bed nearest Lynn lay a young white man.
Lynn recognized him. He'd been in the cell next door.
Just a dozen hours earlier, he'd urged Lynn not to escape. Now he was a corpse.
Noticing Lynn's expression, Brando suddenly sneered beside him.
"Don't worry. You'll be reunited with them down below."
"Hahahahaha!"
He burst into laughter, his face full of satisfaction.
The other guards were infected by Brando's laughter. Malicious smiles spread across their faces as they all turned to look at Lynn.
At that moment, footsteps sounded from ahead.
A middle-aged researcher in a white coat, Grant, gave Lynn an appraising look.
He was in charge of the entire facility. He was the one who sent people to capture all the Mutants and bring them in for research.
Grant's expression was indifferent. He glanced at Lynn, then lowered his head to scan the files in his hands.
He looked up and asked Brando, "Is this Subject 52?"
"Yes, Mr. Grant. This is the one," Brando replied with a flattering smile.
Grant closed the file, his expression as calm as still water.
"Good. Take him to be anesthetized."
"Hey, no need for anesthesia, Mr. Grant."
As he spoke, Brando raised the baton in his hand. His face twisted into a malicious grin as he looked at Lynn.
"This iron bar will do!"
With that, he gripped the baton and swung it hard at Lynn's head.
