Heavenly Mandate Locked?

Only now did Naimus realize something: he had never truly investigated the exact structure of an ordinary person's soul.

This was a limitation of knowledge.

Previously, Naimus had believed that the soul he possessed during his time as Naimus Anin had been that of a normal person.

After taking Nigel's soul, he had not noticed anything unusual either.

But now, as his strength grew ever greater and his understanding and research of souls steadily improved, Naimus once again examined ordinary people's souls and discovered a major problem.

"On the surface, they look no different from ordinary souls, but in reality, they have already undergone enormous changes." Only then did Naimus realize that, in terms of efficiency, ordinary souls were far inferior to souls that had been influenced by his True Spirit.
