Taking a Day Off, Feeling Awful

After I finished writing last night, I couldn't sleep. I stayed awake until four or five before finally falling asleep. Then I had no energy all morning. I planned to nap at noon, but I couldn't sleep again—that feeling when you're obviously exhausted but just can't fall asleep...

My cold had only just started getting better, and then this happened. I really feel awful!!!
