Killing a god was not so easy.

Even for the Moon God, if she wanted to slay a god—even one with only weak divine power—she would need at least a century of preparation.

During that time, she would have to continually probe for the location of the other party's divine kingdom, investigate their thoughts and intentions, and look into every Saint and special individual within their Church.

Those investigations alone could take more than a decade.

Once those preparations were complete, the Moon God would need to begin undermining that god's foundation of faith, interfering with the other party's territories and arrangements on the Material Plane.

That would take at least one or two generations, perhaps even longer—roughly twenty to fifty years.

Then, she would gradually set historical wars into motion.

She would fight for all manner of crucial historical junctures.

She would encircle and suppress them on every front, from history to reality.

The entire encirclement generally took thirty to sixty years.

Only then could matters be advanced to a critical juncture.

Once that juncture was reached, the future would be locked down. The divine kingdom would become difficult to move within the Astral Realm, and even the relevant destinies would stiffen into place.

Then came the vast and mighty god war.

As the stronger side, the Moon God would need to use every means at her disposal to breach the barriers of the divine kingdom, then dispatch forces to fight within the hostile environment of the enemy's divine kingdom.

Bit by bit, she would use the methods of god war to seize the enemy's divine kingdom-level strategic arrangements.

Only after a long campaign could she defeat a god, kill them, and complete the act of godslaying.

The entire process would take roughly two hundred to five hundred years.
