Hiashi believed his choice was the right one.
He had never considered what the future might hold.
And because of that, he had also overlooked how resolute his daughter was. Hinata had been just as shocked by Naruto's decision, but after only a moment of dazed confusion, she quickly came to her senses. Now that she could finally understand why the person she loved had made those choices, she too made up her mind.
The young woman stood outside her bedroom.
She gazed toward the east, a trace of determination shining in her beautiful eyes.

She would not change her resolve.

Hinata wanted to change Naruto's mind and bring him back to where he had started. That did not mean she thought he was wrong, nor did she believe his plan was impossible. She simply felt his methods were too bloody and cruel, and might even bring about his destruction. That was what she could not accept.
She understood perfectly well how difficult the road she wanted to take would be.
It was not just Naruto she would have to face. Countless unseen, uncountable obstacles stood in her way. But even so, she would walk this path with unwavering determination. All her efforts had been for this.
