After Naruto left, Sakura and Tenten fixed their gazes on Sasuke and Neji. The intense, genuine emotions in their eyes were impossible to miss. Sasuke and Neji weren't fools; at a time like this, even the somewhat scatterbrained Sasuke could clearly read what the two girls were trying to express, let alone the perceptive Neji.
"Sasuke-kun!"
"Neji!"
Their voices carried a hint of fear, but they were also utterly resolute.

He gave Sakura a cool look.
