Natsuya and his allies advanced through Impel Down while Katakuri's group overwhelmed the guards on the second level. On the third level, Natsuya recruited Shiryu of the Rain by offering him a Devil Fruit, leaving Hannyabal's hopes of stopping them shattered.

• Natsuya ordered Katakuri to capture the awakened Jailer Beasts alive while he continued searching for Shakky.
• Katakuri and the others crushed Domino's forces, and Natsuya led Nami's group down to the third underground level.
• Shiryu of the Rain blocked Natsuya's group, and Gin stepped forward to fight him.

Natsuya used his Door-Door Fruit to counter Tyrant Kuma’s repulsion and wound him, while his allies pushed Kizaru back. Magellan then awakened a colossal Venom Demon that melted Natsuya’s Rashomon defenses, leaving the group facing a newly escalated threat.
