Natsuya learned that Katakuri and the others were still missing, then left Wano Country for Dressrosa. Meanwhile, Zephyr quit the Marines and founded the NEO Marines, shaking Marine morale and angering Akainu.

• Gin told Natsuya that Katakuri and the others had not returned to Wano Country or Totto Land, and Natsuya decided to stop worrying about them for now.
• Natsuya made arrangements and left Wano Country alone, heading for Dressrosa.
• Akainu found Zephyr's resignation letter and rushed to respond as news spread that Zephyr had left the Marines.
• Sengoku understood Zephyr's disillusionment with the World Government, while Garp approved of his departure and criticized the Celestial Dragons and Five Elders.
• Zephyr formed the NEO Marines, became their Fleet Admiral, and began recruiting, drawing some Marines away from the Navy.
• Akainu grew furious over Zephyr's new organization as Natsuya arrived in Dressrosa.

Natsuya visited Doflamingo at the royal palace in Dressrosa and asked him to help locate the Revolutionary Army so he could find Tyrant Kuma. Doflamingo realized Natsuya knew about the Revolutionary Army members hidden in Dressrosa, and Natsuya was about to reveal another of his secrets.

• Natsuya appeared through a Hell Gate in Doflamingo’s palace, and Doflamingo sent Trebol and the other officers away to speak with him privately.
• Violet greeted Natsuya and secretly slipped a note into his hand before leaving.
• Natsuya asked Doflamingo to help him find Tyrant Kuma, and Doflamingo explained that Kuma was difficult to locate.
• Natsuya said finding the Revolutionary Army would lead them to Kuma, revealing that he knew Kuma was a senior Revolutionary Army officer.
• Doflamingo realized there were Revolutionary Army members hidden as toys beneath Dressrosa and wondered how Natsuya had learned this; Natsuya began to reveal another secret.

Natsuya ordered Doflamingo to help search for the Op-Op Fruit and Law, while Doflamingo also arranged to revive Revolutionary Army members and hosted a banquet for him. Violet later asked Natsuya to help save Dressrosa, and when he questioned her offer, she resorted to a honey trap.

• Natsuya told Doflamingo to search for the Op-Op Fruit, and Doflamingo agreed while intensifying the search for Law.
• Doflamingo ordered Sugar to revive some members of the Revolutionary Army and arranged a banquet for Natsuya.
• Violet approached Natsuya at the banquet and later entered his room to ask him to help Dressrosa.

Natsuya secured Violet’s loyalty and her family’s safety, then accepted an invitation to meet the Revolutionary Army. The chapter ended with him arriving at their camp and meeting Monkey D. Dragon and the other officers.

• Natsuya told Violet he would protect her family but would postpone discussing Dressrosa, and she accepted his terms.
• Doflamingo revealed he had already arranged protection for Violet’s family and reported that the Revolutionary Army would meet Natsuya.
• Doflamingo’s cadres worried that Violet could sway Natsuya, but Doflamingo concluded that women were his weakness and turned his attention to Baby-5.
• Natsuya traveled with Revolutionary Army members to a New World island and entered their military camp.

Natsuya met Monkey D. Dragon and offered to cooperate with the Revolutionary Army in exchange for Tyrant Kuma’s Paw-Paw Fruit. He stunned Sabo by revealing knowledge of his memory loss and hinting that he knew what Sabo had forgotten.

• Monkey D. Dragon and the Revolutionary Army officers welcomed Natsuya, who had become known as the world’s strongest.
• Natsuya proposed cooperating with the Revolutionary Army and asked for Tyrant Kuma’s Paw-Paw Fruit, offering greater benefits in return.
• Dragon was alarmed that Natsuya knew about Kuma’s plans and contact with Vegapunk, so he left to contact Kuma.
• Sabo stayed with Natsuya, who revealed that he knew Sabo had lost his memory and explained his knowledge by claiming he had once belonged to CP9.

• Ace told Deuce and the others he was waiting for Sabo, his brother who he had believed was dead, and said Sabo was with the Revolutionary Army.
• Two days later, a pirate ship approached the island, and Ace realized it was not Sabo’s ship.
• The approaching ship fired a cannonball that grew enormous, but Ace destroyed it with Fire Fist.
• Deuce and the others recognized the attacker as Byrnndi World, the World Destroyer, who had recently resumed attacking Marine Branches.
• Ace realized Byrnndi World had come to him before he had answered the Marines’ request to help deal with the pirate.

Byrnndi World attacked Ace and the Spade Pirates, overwhelming them with his Haki and More-More Fruit. Sabo arrived in time to stop him from striking Ace, and the reunited brothers charged into battle together.

• Byrnndi World ordered Sebastian and his other subordinates to attack Ace and the others on shore.
• Ace led the Spade Pirates into battle, but Byrnndi World joined the fight and sent them flying with his powerful Haki and More-More Fruit.

Natsuya watched Ace and Sabo battle Byrnndi World, waiting for a chance to steal his More-More Fruit ability. When Byrnndi World tried to flee with Byojack, Natsuya struck and took the ability, leaving Byrnndi World stunned.

• Natsuya hid in the Different Dimension and waited for a chance to claim Byrnndi World's More-More Fruit ability.
• Sabo joined Ace, and the two began to overpower Byrnndi World.
• Byrnndi World fled the battle and returned to the ship to take Byojack with him.
• Natsuya reached out and touched Byrnndi World's chest, causing his speed to slow and his More-More Fruit ability to vanish.

Natsuya stole Byrnndi World's More-More Fruit, allowing Ace and Sabo to defeat and capture him. Meanwhile, Akainu struggled to find a Marine Admiral-level fighter to face Zephyr's NEO Marines, until two promising candidates emerged from the World Military Draft.

• Natsuya stole Byrnndi World's More-More Fruit, and Byrnndi mistakenly accused Ace and Sabo of taking it.
• Ace and Sabo fought Byrnndi, who had lost his Devil Fruit power, and captured him.
• Garp and Akainu welcomed the news of Byrnndi's capture, while Akainu remained troubled by the World Government's demand to deal with Zephyr and the NEO Marines.
• Akainu considered sending Kizaru or confronting Zephyr himself, but worried that neither choice would satisfy the Five Elders.

Zephyr and the NEO Marines searched for Dyna Stone to strengthen their fight against the World Government and Marines. Fujitora and Ryokugyu confronted them, and Fujitora summoned a meteorite as battle began.

Natsuya arrived near Zephyr just as Fujitora and Ryokugyu attacked the NEO Marines with a meteorite. After Zephyr destroyed it and took medicine to restore his strength, he charged the two Admirals, while Natsuya watched from the Different Dimension.

• Natsuya hurried to find Zephyr and saw Fujitora summon an Extraterrestrial Meteorite toward the NEO Marines.
• Ain led the retreat as Binz raised vines and Shuzo attacked with Tempest Kicks, but neither stopped the meteorite.
• Zephyr used his Smash Buster and Armament Haki to shatter the meteorite, then struggled with the strain on his declining body.
• Zephyr took medicine developed by Vegapunk to restore his strength despite Ain's concern about its side effects.
• Zephyr challenged Fujitora and Ryokugyu and charged at them.

Zephyr fought Ryokugyu while Fujitora held back, but Ryokugyu repeatedly healed his injuries by absorbing nature’s power and grew stronger. As Zephyr’s drug-enhanced strength began to fade, Ain and the others feared he could not defeat Ryokugyu, until an unexpected situation occurred.

• Zephyr charged Fujitora and Ryokugyu, but Fujitora stepped back while Ryokugyu engaged him.
• Zephyr blasted Ryokugyu with Smash Buster, yet green light healed Ryokugyu’s wounds and restored him to the fight.
• Ryokugyu revealed that his Paramecia ability let him absorb nature’s power to heal himself and multiply his strength.
• Zephyr used his superior Armament Haki to push Ryokugyu back and injure him, but Ryokugyu healed again and grew stronger.
• As Ryokugyu remained uninjured, Zephyr’s drug effects weakened, leaving Ain and the others worried that he would lose.
• An unexpected situation occurred just as Ain and the others feared defeat.

Natsuya appeared during Zephyr’s battle with Ryokugyu and revealed that he wanted both Ryokugyu’s healing ability and Ain’s Return-Return Fruit. After Fujitora thwarted his ambush, Natsuya challenged the two new admirals to fight him together.

• Ryokugyu overwhelmed Zephyr and slammed him into the ground as Ain and the others watched in alarm.
• Natsuya emerged through a small door and tried to strike Ryokugyu, but Fujitora used gravity to slow his hand and let Ryokugyu escape.
• Ain and the others recognized Natsuya as the Gatekeeper and the strongest man in the world, while Fujitora sensed his immense power.
• Natsuya explained that he had originally come for Ain’s Return-Return Fruit but had also decided to take Ryokugyu’s healing ability.
• Natsuya walked toward Fujitora and Ryokugyu and challenged the two admirals to fight him at once.

Natsuya used his newly upgraded top-level Armament Haki to overpower Ryokugyu, then faced Fujitora’s second falling meteorite. He summoned a meteorite of his own through a strange gate, and the two collided in a tremendous explosion.

Natsuya used his Star Gate Homie to counter Fujitora’s meteorite, then sent Minato Namikaze and Fivefold Rashomon to pin down Ryokugyu. He attacked Fujitora with Tempest Kick: Heavy Rain, overcoming the admiral’s Gravity Blade: Fierce Tiger and leaving Fujitora engulfed by slashes.

• Natsuya revealed that his blood-red Hell Gate was the Star Gate Homie, which summoned a meteorite to block Fujitora’s attack.
• Natsuya summoned Minato Namikaze Homie and Fivefold Rashomon Homie to surround Ryokugyu while he confronted Fujitora.
• Minato Namikaze weakened Ryokugyu with seawater, while the durable Rashomon Homies blocked his escape and attacks.
• Ryokugyu called to Issho for help, but Fujitora stayed focused on Natsuya, who had flown above him.
• Natsuya unleashed Tempest Kick: Heavy Rain, and Fujitora countered with Gravity Blade: Fierce Tiger.
• Natsuya’s slashes tore apart Fujitora’s gravity tiger and engulfed him.

Natsuya used Zeus, Prometheus, and the More-More Fruit to overwhelm Fujitora with massively amplified lightning and fire attacks. Fujitora was blasted from the ground and then engulfed in heavenly flames, while Ryokugyu watched in awe.

• Fujitora used gravity on his blade to slow and clear away Natsuya's Tempest Kick slashes.
• Natsuya decided to keep his distance and summoned Zeus, Prometheus, and his More-More Fruit Homie.
• Natsuya used the More-More Fruit to amplify Zeus's lightning a hundredfold and struck Fujitora with the Hundred-Fold Divine Thunder.
• Fujitora slowed the lightning and tried to escape underground, but the blast shattered the ground and hurled him out in a battered state.
• Natsuya amplified Prometheus's flames and unleashed the Hundred-Fold Divine Flame on Fujitora.
• Ryokugyu stopped asking Fujitora for help and watched Natsuya in awe.

Natsuya used the More-More Fruit to amplify Zeus and Prometheus, overwhelming Fujitora and Ryokugyu with lightning and fire. As Zephyr’s group and the two admirals fled in different directions, Natsuya obtained the Self-Healing Fruit.

• Natsuya amplified Zeus and Prometheus’s lightning and fire, bringing their attacks to the level of the Rumble-Rumble Fruit and Flame-Flame Fruit.
• Zephyr ordered the NEO Marines to retreat, but Natsuya sent Minato Namikaze and the Fivefold Rashomon to block their escape.
• Fujitora and Ryokugyu admitted they could not defeat Natsuya together and fled in separate directions.

Natsuya took Ryokugyu’s Self-Healing Fruit and revealed that he wanted to borrow Ain’s Return-Return Fruit ability. After Fujitora and Ryokugyu reported that Natsuya could steal Devil Fruits, Akainu alerted the Marine commanders.

• Fujitora found Ryokugyu alive underwater, and Ryokugyu realized his fruit ability had disappeared.
• Natsuya secured Ryokugyu’s glowing Self-Healing Fruit and descended to confront Zephyr and the others.
• Natsuya told Zephyr that he wanted to borrow Ain’s ability, then used his intimidating aura to silence her companions.
• Fujitora and Ryokugyu returned to report to Akainu that Natsuya had apparently taken Ryokugyu’s Devil Fruit ability.
• Akainu was shocked by the report and notified the commanders of every Marine department.

Akainu convened a Marine meeting after Natsuya appeared during the battle with the NEO Marines and took Ryokugyu’s Self-Healing Fruit ability. Akainu then went to the Holy Land to report the threat to the Five Elders, who were shocked by the news.

• Akainu told Sengoku, Tsuru, Garp, the Admirals, and the vice admirals that Natsuya had taken Ryokugyu’s Self-Healing Fruit ability.
• Tsuru warned that Natsuya might be traveling alone to seize Devil Fruit abilities, and the Marines feared he could target their officers and strengthen the Door Pirate Crew.
• Sengoku, Garp, and Aokiji connected Natsuya’s earlier creation of life-forms to his possible use of Big Mom’s Soul-Soul Fruit ability.
• Akainu ended the meeting without a plan to stop Natsuya, then learned that the NEO Marines had disappeared.
