A flash of cold light vanished in an instant. Danzō's heart chilled as he swiftly dodged the strike, leaping several times to leave his original position. A thunderclap rang out, and a purple figure arrived in an instant.
He caught Tsunade's falling body.
Ueno Kei stared at the horrifying bloody hole in Tsunade's left chest, sensing her increasingly faint breath. He immediately panicked, his face filled with anxiety as he quickly pulled out a pill from his robe and placed it in Tsunade's mouth.
His hands rapidly formed seals before he laid them flat over the bloody hole in Tsunade's chest. Honestly, Ueno Kei was somewhat at a loss at this moment. He knew perfectly well that what he was doing was utterly useless, yet he still did it while clinging to a sliver of hope...
"It's useless, Ueno Kei. I know all of Tsunade's techniques. I have completely severed all of Tsunade's vitality and bodily functions. In just a little while, her life force will disappear entirely... Heh." Danzō spoke gloomily.
"Shut up!" Ueno Kei glared coldly at Danzō and roared with a terrifying expression. Danzō merely smiled indifferently and said nothing more. There was no longer any fighting on the battlefield.
Tsunade was critically wounded and on the verge of death. Three of the direct Anbu had been killed, Zang had been knocked unconscious and captured, and the remaining dozen or so Root members stood silently behind Danzō. On the field, only Ueno Kei desperately tried every possible method as though he could save Tsunade.
"Still too young..." Danzō shook his head, his face utterly expressionless as he spoke softly. Ueno Kei before him seemed to remind Danzō of his own younger days, and a trace of reminiscence flickered through his eyes before quickly fading. To Danzō, there
