The Battle Situation

Under the cover of night.

If one were to look down from the clouds, they would see chaotic flashes of fire flickering throughout Konoha.

Aided by the pale moonlight, it was clear that many areas of what was once a neat and prosperous Konoha had already been reduced to ruins.

Tiny black shadows darted across the wreckage; some were locked in combat, while others charged recklessly toward the pitch-black forest.

At this very moment, the battle raging within the dark, gloomy Konoha Forest was even more intense.

Under the premeditated assault of the numerous Allied Forces of Rock Ninja and Sand Ninja, Konoha's resistance appeared incredibly feeble.

Although Konoha had reacted with great speed, they were suffering heavy casualties in the face of the numerous and powerful Allied Forces.

Inside the village, at the heart of it all, stood the Hokage Building.

"How is it? Is there any intelligence on the Hokage?"

Mitokado Homura's anxious voice echoed through the office.

An Anbu ninja knelt firmly on the ground and hurriedly Responded.

"Reporting to you, Advisor, the Hokage's trail has been discovered!"

"He is currently locked in a fierce battle with the Tsuchikage in the western part of Konoha Forest. Several clan heads have already led their ninja to reinforce that area, and the Anbu are standing guard there, awaiting the Hokage's orders at any moment!"

Upon hearing the Anbu ninja's report, the anxious expression on Mitokado Homura's face eased, but only for a moment before he suddenly asked in a deep voice.

"Have you verified what defeated the One-Tail Shukaku, and where it has gone?"

The Anbu ninja's expression darkened as he thought for a moment and said in a low voice.
