The ground before them was covered in pale tiles, forming a long road that led straight into the palace.
Pale stone pillars stood all around, supporting a vast dome. Compared to those thick pillars, humans were as tiny as ants.
Just as the two stepped onto the pale stone tiles and prepared to head into the palace, two small black figures faintly appeared in the direction of the palace. Noticing them, Sasuke froze for a moment. Even Karin, who was standing there, looked surprised, her eyes widening as she watched the figures slowly approach.

Of the arrivals, the figure walking in front had silver hair hanging down behind his head. Though he wore the uniform of Las Noches, the front of his chest was slightly open, exposing his pale, well-built torso.
At the very center of his chest was a small hollow.
Behind him followed a dark-skinned young man with his hair tied up, a faintly fierce look on his face.
After staring blankly at the two for a moment, Karin's body tensed as well. She cautiously said in a low voice, "Lord Kimimaro... what is this?"
