In the end, Dilos got his hands on Pym Particles technology, even though it took a few days.
Dilos controlled Darren and had him invite Hank Pym to witness a breakthrough in new technology. Hank Pym was somewhat suspicious of whatever scheme Darren might be cooking up, but worried that the supposed breakthrough involved researching and creating Pym Particles, he still showed up at Pym Technologies within two days.
There was no way around it. Pym Particles were a groundbreaking invention that could, in a sense, overturn many established laws of physics. If this technology fell into the hands of an arms dealer or someone like a fascist, it would spell disaster for the world.
Hank Pym had always feared the disastrous consequences of the technology falling into the wrong hands, so he accepted the invitation. If everything really is as I suspect, I have to find a way to destroy everything related to Pym Particles at Pym Technologies.
There was no need to dwell on what happened next. Dilos found an opportunity to remove Hank's mental shielding device, then immobilized him and brought him to Darren's office. Using the mental abilities he had long since mastered, Dilos searched Hank's memories and found the methods for making Pym Particles and all their various applications.
There was a lot of technical knowledge to absorb, but that was nothing to Dilos. He already had a vast foundation of scientific knowledge, and after his body had been modified, his memory and ability to learn had increased dramatically. So it took him only three hours to commit all the science related to Pym Particles to memory.
Afterward, Dilos spent quite some time altering the memories of several people, including Darren Cross and Hank Pym, before quickly returning to the underground base on Isla Sorna.
