Dilos sized up Magneto and inwardly marveled. As expected, he truly was the leader of the Brotherhood of Mutants.
Magneto's features looked ordinary enough, but the faint aura of authority emanating from him was enough to make ordinary people instinctively shrink back.
Dilos was no ordinary person, of course, but he could still gauge just how powerful Magneto was from the force radiating off him. Especially after learning the relevant sensing techniques from Charles, that power became strikingly clear—almost tangible—in Dilos's mind.
If you measured it in terms of energy, the old man Magneto was practically brimming with an immense energy of terrifying density. Compared with Magneto, the combined energy within Ororo and Scott amounted to little more than an intercontinental missile, while the energy contained within Magneto was practically that of a shockwave bomb! (P.S. Also known as a small hydrogen bomb.)
He's practically a human nuclear weapon. Compared to him, the one in the movie is like a little kid facing Juggernaut.
Dilos marveled inwardly.
If Magneto's body weren't so weak, severely limiting how much of his internal energy he could unleash, then simply wreaking havoc with that power would probably be enough to destroy the entire United States before long.
Even so, Magneto was no easy opponent. His firepower might not be especially strong, but his stamina was absolutely formidable. And with his ever-changing, impossible-to-guard-against magnetic abilities, if Professor X and the other reclusive old powerhouses weren't keeping him in check, Magneto might have turned the entire United States upside down long ago.
"Another Mutant with talent."
After his expression darkened, Magneto soon regained his composure. Dilos had appeared before him at nearly teleporting speed when he first arrived, so Magneto naturally classified him as a Mutant.
"My people have lost contact with me. Was that your
