At an abandoned farm on the outskirts of Central City, Detective Joe West of the Central City Police Department aimed ahead at the enormous tornado threaded with lightning and shouted in despair, "This damn thing is a lightning storm!"
To be honest, after the Day of Purgatory a year ago, Joe West had thought Central City would never see another terrifying anomalous attack.
