Dilos's destination this time was two dinosaur islands off the coast of Costa Rica: Isla Nublar and Isla Sorna.
The first step in rebuilding Jurassic Park was to keep the dinosaurs safely locked in their cages so they couldn't hurt the visitors. This was especially important for large carnivores like the Tyrannosaurus Rex and pack hunters like Velociraptors. Otherwise, who would dare visit the park?
But first, the dinosaurs had to be moved one by one into alloy cages. It was a fairly long process, but still far quicker than the more than ten years it took a human to grow from an infant to adulthood.
"Sir, are you saying we'll be staying on these two islands for over a month in total?"
Inside the cabin of a CH-47 Chinook medium transport helicopter, Dilos wore a black combat uniform and looked at the burly man beside him, who appeared to be around thirty-three or thirty-four. When the man saw Dilos looking at him, he hesitated before asking, "With just our four squads?"
As he spoke, the man gestured toward the forty people seated in two rows inside the cabin. Like Dilos, they all wore matching combat uniforms, and most of them looked to be in their twenties. Only seven or eight were in their thirties, like the man.
"Yes. I recall you knew about this several days before you boarded the plane." Dilos furrowed his brow impatiently. "Do you have a problem with that?"
"A problem?" The burly man seemed angered by Dilos's expression, and his voice rose. "Of course I have a problem, sir! We came because the higher-ups told us there were weapons specifically designed to deal with dinosaurs. Everyone here has served in the military and faced death. We're not afraid to die, but that doesn't mean
