A few minutes later, the three of them arrived. Vegapunk switched on the laboratory's overhead lights, and Gray immediately spotted the Devil Fruit in the middle of the room.
Gray stepped forward and examined it carefully for a moment before asking again, "Aside from those two flaws you mentioned, there's nothing else wrong with it, right?"
"Nothing!" Though he considered it a failure, Vegapunk knew the flaws in what he made very well.
"Understood!" Gray nodded, then immediately smashed the glass case and grabbed the fruit inside.
"I'll take this one. You can restart the Devil Fruit replication experiment. The Dwarves can help with the difficult cultivation process."
"No matter what you research, I'll provide the funding. You'll need to make at least five Devil Fruit replicas for me each month."
Vegapunk said, "Well, all right!"
When you lived under someone else's roof, you had to bow your head.
