Seeing Aokiji arrive, Doflamingo finally understood the strange unease that had been bothering him for days.
They had robbed the Heavenly Tribute and made the World Economy News Paper. The World Government should have dealt with them quickly.
But several days had passed, and the World Government's response was far too slow.
"Marine Admiral Aokiji! Can you tell me if you came here specifically for us?"
Aokiji had naturally seen the two of them arrive.
Hearing Doflamingo's question, Kuzan remained unhurried, his whole bearing relaxed and languid.
"Arara! You guys did pull off something big, after all. The Fleet Admiral was pretty angry." Scratching his head, Aokiji gave a reply that didn't quite answer the question.
Still, that was enough.
"Fufufu—We're just a small organization in the North Blue, yet you've gone to the trouble of sending an Admiral."
"Should I say I'm honored?"
"Hmm, how should I put it?"
"Could you guys come with me?"
"And return what you stole while you're at it! I'd rather not fight, if I can help it."
"Fufufu—How arrogant!" Doflamingo gave a strange laugh, already preparing for battle. "What pirate gives back what he's stolen?"
At that, Aokiji shrugged helplessly. "Honestly, it looks like I'll have to settle this with a fight after all."
"That's how it is! On this sea, only those with the strength to take what they want have the right to claim it."
Aokiji looked at Doflamingo, then at Gray in the sky. "The guy up there is Fullbuster Gray."
"I'm honored that a Marine Admiral remembers me." The two Flying Wheels behind Gray spun and floated in front of him. His expression was more solemn than ever.
