The first talisman succeeded. Silver-white spiritual light was restrained within its surface, its fluctuations steady and composed.

Li Yuan's hands never stopped. Setting down the brush, laying the patterns, drawing them together—everything was completed in one breath. Of the twelve Spatial Stabilization Talismans he made, one failed and eleven succeeded. The failed one was the ninth; his Spirit Qi deviated by half a fraction during the final gathering, and the Spirit Patterns across its surface split apart.

He switched to Spirit Shield Talismans.

Spatial and defensive Spirit Patterns intertwined. After the Small Realm Collapse Core became permanent, Li Yuan's Spirit Qi naturally carried spatial attributes. When laying down defensive Spirit Patterns, the underlying tones transitioned naturally, without any need to deliberately build a bridge between them.
