Perfect World.
The Eight Regions of the Lower Realm, deep in the Great Wilderness.
Boom!
Suddenly, a deafening crash rang out, accompanied by a faint shockwave. Amidst the flying dust, a black giant ape, its muscles knotted and towering dozens of meters tall, slammed into a dense Primeval Forest.
It was none other than Titan Giant Ape Er Ming, who had just been randomly chosen by the Sky Screen.
Roar!!
The moment he hit the ground, Er Ming immediately felt the terrifying pressure of gravity in this world.
But he was, after all, a Hundred-Thousand-Year Soul Beast, with tough skin and thick flesh. Though his legs bent slightly, he still managed to withstand it with his powerful body.
Out of habit, he straightened up and pounded his chest with fists like war drums, unleashing a roar that shook the heavens.
Strangely, though the Titan Giant Ape's roar carried far through the forest, it drew no response.
All was silent around him. There wasn't even a single birdcall, only the rustle of leaves in the wind.
Roar?
Seeing this, Er Ming scratched his head in confusion. His great eyes warily swept over his surroundings, as if afraid some terrifying creature that could kick him might suddenly spring out from behind.
But after a long while, no creature appeared.
The Titan Giant Ape lowered his thick arm and looked around.
The trees here were frighteningly huge. Every ancient tree stood hundreds of meters tall, and their trunks were so wide that dozens of people would have to link arms to encircle them.
The exposed roots were especially striking, sprawling and tangled like giant pythons.
By comparison, the trees of Douluo Continent were nothing—and even his own body, a colossus by the standards of Douluo Continent, seemed insignificant here.
"Strange. It's so quiet
