Those between Levels 40 and 50 would become Yellow-Robed Grand Stewards.
Those between Levels 50 and 60 would be appointed Purple-Robed Bishops.
They could serve as hall masters in Spirit Branch Halls or teach at junior Spirit Academies.
As for those above Level 60, they could teach at Spirit High-Level Soul Master Academies.
Of course, they could also choose to be stationed elsewhere. It was entirely up to them. Soul Masters of this caliber were already core powerhouses of their faction.
Spirit Hall truly was the largest Soul Master organization on the Douluo Continent.
Its arrangements for Soul Masters were far better than those of the Heaven Dou Empire and the Star Luo Empire.

During the Continental Advanced Soul Master Academy Tournament, the competitors on the Spirit Team were the top two students from each branch.
Rankings were determined by each student's points in the arena.
The strong worked hard to grow stronger and defend their right to compete.
The weak also worked hard to grow stronger, hoping to win the chance to compete.
The slots were awarded through a system that was completely fair and open.
No wonder the students from Spirit Academy were so much stronger than those from other academies in the High-Level Soul Master Tournament.
With competitors chosen entirely by a points-based ranking system, only the strongest students could make it into the tournament.
After getting a grasp of Spirit Academy's layout, Han Xing quickly made up his mind.

After a brief pause, he continued by explaining their weaknesses.
"But Beast Spirits have clear limitations as well. They rely heavily on Soul Skills, and their combat power drops sharply without them."
"Their upper limit is also tied to the quality of their bloodline. Ordinary Beast Spirits become harder and harder to advance in the later stages, and it's extremely difficult for them to produce top-tier powerhouses."
Next, the instructor turned to Weapon Spirits.

At this point, many students in the classroom nodded, while some argued quietly among themselves.
Most Beast Spirit students believed they were invincible in the early stages, while Weapon Spirit students were convinced they ruled the later stages.
Listening to the instructor, Han Xing couldn't help nodding.
As expected, instructors at a major academy were far more knowledgeable.
At Notting Academy, the teachers would only tell you that Beast Spirits were stronger than Weapon Spirits at the lower Soul Master levels.

Instructors qualified to teach at the Spirit High-Level Soul Master Academy were at least Soul Emperors.
Could powerhouses of that level possibly understand Martial Souls the same way teachers at a junior academy like Notting Academy did?

When the class ended, Han Xing left the classroom.
His next stop was the Soul Fighting Arena.
He had no intention of approaching Hu Liena and the others from the Golden Generation.
For now, his goal was simply to find students around his own strength and have a Soul Fighting match with them.
Judging by the three of them at the High-Level Soul Master Tournament, they should already be at least Level 40 by now.
The gap in strength was too great. Approaching them would be nothing but asking to be humiliated.
