Snow Empress is a unique spirit born from the Extreme Northern Icefield, with no clansmen. Unlike the region’s other Soul Beasts, she was born in human form. She ruled its ice plains for hundreds of thousands of years, witnessing the harsh cycle of survival and death that shaped her initially cold outlook 82 160.

Shortly after becoming an emperor, she found Xiao Bai on the ice plains and raised the bear at her side. She treated Xiao Bai as her own child and remained concerned that her departure would leave the bear vulnerable to rival beasts and political schemes 39 40.

Unable to face her next Heavenly Tribulation, Snow Empress absorbed a Hundred-Thousand-Year Snow Lotus to prepare for human transformation. A ninth-grade Soul Engineer exploited her weakened state and tried to capture her with the God-Sealing Platform. Xiao Zhan intervened, but the engineer detonated both the platform and his Soul Power core, releasing Snow Empress amid a storm of ice and snow 34 39.
