History

Campaign against the Holy Spirit Cult

After the Holy Spirit Cult’s train bombing and the tunnel collapse near Linchuan City, the Presidium considers a joint strike 196. Fu Moxin subsequently mobilizes military and security forces and secures support from the Spirit Pagoda and War God Temple 202.

The joint forces destroy the Cult’s western stronghold in the Mingdou Mountain Range. The operation uses three legions, War Gods, security teams and allied factions, but leaves nearly a hundred soldiers dead and several hundred injured. Captured supplies also raise concern about moles within the Federation 212.

Political reform and unification

Long Yuan joins the Presidium and proposes ending Shrek City’s exemption from federal taxation, justice and administration 216. The proposal is initially shelved, then approved at a plenary session with Shrek Academy’s support. The same session approves energy and environmental reform and authorizes a formal approach to the Tiandou and Star Luo Empires about unification 216 252.

Under Speaker Zhen Hua, the Federation recognizes soul beasts as citizens with legal rights equal to humans, establishes a protected zone based on the historic boundaries of Star Dou Forest, and permits intelligent hundred-thousand-year soul beasts to hold positions in organizations. Killing a soul beast becomes a murder offense 270 271.

Tiandou surrenders without resistance; Tang Wulin accepts its surrender on the Federation’s behalf. A federal delegation and naval escort also travel to Star Luo as part of the unification effort 282 283. The Federation later announces that all continents and islands of Douluo Planet have come under its jurisdiction 295.

War against the Abyss and aftermath

When a new Abyss passage threatens the Far North, federal leaders and allied factions plan a concealed mobilization and ambush 297. Federal forces and their allies fight the Abyss army, targeting its leaders and reinforcements 299 300.

In the following three years, the Federation advances soul-spirit technology, ocean exploration and soul-guided aircraft research. It also establishes Federal University for soul masters and ordinary applicants with scientific talent 305.
