She had planned everything, even providing the preferences and other details that would let the Dou Ling prince win over the protagonist's mother. A prince who only cared about eating, drinking, and having fun wouldn't have that kind of cunning, nor could he have just happened to know the other party was in the Dou Ling Empire.
