The black face's furious voice echoed through heaven and earth as it continuously slammed into the golden chains. Every attack from the black face made the world tremble, yet it could not harm the golden chains in the slightest.
"Sever."
Ye Lin raised his right hand, pressed his fingers together like a sword, and slowly slashed downward. A heaven-shaking Sword Qi instantly split the golden sphere in two.
Accompanied by a miserable scream, the black face was cleaved in half. Yet in the next moment, it reassembled itself.
Though it had reformed, it was countless times weaker than before.
"Spare me! I know many things, many secrets! Spare me! I possess countless divine abilities and martial techniques. Whatever you want, I can teach it to you."
The black face finally realized that something was wrong and began begging bitterly.
Ye Lin's previous strike had severely wounded it. Even if Ye Lin did nothing now, it would not survive for much longer.
But as long as Ye Lin spared it, it would find an opportunity to survive, perhaps even recover completely.
Yet Ye Lin merely smiled faintly and once again slashed down with his fingers formed into a sword. Heaven-shaking Sword Qi appeared once more, and at the sight of it, terrifying black mist surged around the black face.
"Damn it! I have lain low for millions upon millions of years, only to fall into your hands in the end. Since that is the case, neither of us will have an easy time!"
The black face roared in extreme fury. High in the sky, above the heavens, a massive black hand descended to suppress Ye Lin.
The black hand was covered in laws, with terrifying strands of order flowing across it.
Even
