Alone, he wandered aimlessly through the Dragon Lair.
Beneath his feet stretched a wasteland paved with dragon bones; above his head was a Sky Vault where countless dragon phantoms roamed. The violet-gold mist around him was torn open by his speed into a long passage, only to slowly close again behind him.
He slowed down, his gaze sharp as lightning as it swept over the gaps between the dragon bones and every ripple in the Void.
His quasi-Saint divine sense spread outward, taking in every rustle of wind and blade of grass across hundreds of millions of miles into his Primordial Spirit.
Within the shadows between the dragon bones, a stalk of Dragon Blood Grass was breathing in and out violet qi. The golden veins on its leaves flickered faintly, like a little dragon drawing breath.
Ye Lin reached out and grabbed through the air. The Dragon Blood Grass was uprooted whole, wrapped in a mass of pure dragon qi as it landed in his hand, before he immediately stored it in his Spatial Ring.
