"Again."
"Alright!"
The second strike followed close on the heels of the first.
Before Ning An had steadied himself, his wings beat again, and his entire body became a bolt of white lightning skimming along the ground.
He was more than twice as fast as before, the white trail dragging a streak of light dozens of yards long across the Arena's surface.
He reached out with his left hand, fingers spread, and condensed a white light mirror roughly a yard across in his palm.
Dense runes of light flowed across the mirror, each one a tiny law of light, linked together by threads of radiance.
Like an exquisitely intricate spiderweb.
Eers's figure was reflected within the mirror and locked firmly in place. No matter how he dodged, he could not escape its illumination.
"Holy Light Binding Heaven Mirror."
A white beam erupted from the light mirror, as thick as a tree trunk that took two people to encircle, containing laws of light in their purest form.
Wherever the beam passed, space was forcibly pierced through by the radiance, leaving behind a straight black rift.
The beam was unimaginably fast, reaching Eers almost the instant it appeared.
More terrifyingly, it contained a strange binding power.
Where the light shone...
All laws were suppressed.
All Saintly Breath was sealed.
It was as though even time would stagnate within that light.
"Not bad."
A sharp gleam flashed through Eers's deep blue eyes.
The Green Bamboo in his hand swept horizontally, and every joint along its body lit up with emerald radiance.
That glow grew so dense it was like a jade-green sun rising in his palm.
Grasping both ends of the Green Bamboo, he shoved it forward.
The Green Bamboo bent into a bow, compressing the life force within it to the limit
