Boom!
A thunderous blast erupted from atop the Dark Portal. Every Orc was stunned. The patrolling Orc soldiers immediately raised their weapons and warily watched the spot where the Dark Portal had exploded. The Orcs hiding in the shadows were also alarmed, and warning howls immediately rang out.
"What happened?" one Orc asked, completely bewildered.
"No idea, but nothing can happen to the Portal. Hurry and report to the Warchief and Lord Gul'dan," a clever Orc said as he immediately ran toward the camp.
Xiao Hen had no time to see whether the Portal had been damaged by the Rocket Projectile. He quickly loaded a second Rocket Projectile, hefted the launcher, and pulled the trigger again. "Off you go!"
Whoosh... Flames blasted from the rear of the Rocket Projectile as it sped toward the Portal, striking the same spot that had exploded earlier.
Boom! Another explosion rang out, but Xiao Hen's face lit up with delight. He heard cracking sounds coming from the Portal, as though chunks of stone were falling. It was working. He hurriedly loaded another Rocket Projectile. Three left—he had to fire them all before the Orc experts arrived.
At that moment, the Orcs below, who had been looking up warily, suddenly shouted, "Over there! At the Watchtower! Something flew out from there!"
"Get up there! It might be humans attacking the Portal!" The Orcs reacted and began charging toward the Watchtower.
Whoosh... Xiao Hen fired the third Rocket Projectile.
Crack, crack, crack...
The cracking from the distant Portal grew louder and louder. Xiao Hen could even see stones falling to the ground. Yet he was not overly delighted, because hurried footsteps had already reached his ears. The Orcs were almost upon him.
"Hurry, the fourth one. It has to be fast..." Xiao Hen did not panic
