Spirit Bones are rare treasures condensed or dropped by soul beasts. Unlike Soul Rings, their appearance is not guaranteed; even high-quality soul beasts may yield none. Their rarity makes them objects of competition among clans, sects, and powerful soul masters. 18 77 119 123

Eyes

Feng Baiyu’s eye-type External Spirit Bone grants Eye of the Fire Phoenix and Fire Phoenix True Sight. The latter can inspect martial souls, Soul Rings, Soul Skills, Spirit Bones, weaknesses, soul beast ages, and natural predators, though exceptionally obscure objects can overwhelm it. 8 17 43

The power of Eye of the Fire Phoenix grows together with Feng Baiyu’s strength and the age of the External Spirit Bone. Fire Phoenix True Sight consumes Soul Power in proportion to the target’s strength and cannot reliably inspect beings vastly stronger than Feng Baiyu. 8

Wings

Feng Baiyu gained Wings of the Firmament after completing the Phoenix God First Trial. The wings grant aerial mobility and are among his growth-type External Spirit Bones. 32 167 197

After Feng Baiyu’s Spirit Bones advanced into the hundred-thousand-year tier, the eyes and wings did not gain additional abilities. Instead, their pre-existing dual innate abilities underwent comprehensive strengthening. 196 197

Tang San’s External Spirit Bones

Tang San acquired Jade Phosphorous Serpent Fangs after refining a 4,300-year Jade Phosphorous Serpent Soul Ring. The fangs manifested inside his mouth as a pair of jade-colored serpent-fang patterns. 218
