From the dialogue, Booker learned that the People's Voice was primarily made up of workers, people of color, and all sorts of others oppressed and discriminated against by the authorities and society.

The rebels' leader was a woman named Daisy. She gave Booker a condition: go to Finkton, the city's industrial district, find a gunsmith named Lin, and retrieve the weapons the rebels had commissioned.

Compared with Sky City Columbia, Finkton was an entirely different situation.

This district was completely under the control of the industrial tycoon Fink.

Countless ethnic minorities were treated as slaves, while workers suffered brutal exploitation. Like every city that called itself a utopia, Columbia's prosperity was built upon another group's suffering.

And here, Zhang Yi encountered Elizabeth again, after she had slipped away earlier.

Though Elizabeth was furious that Booker had deceived her when she faced him again, her kind nature still made her worry about him.

So when they were attacked by bio-engineered monsters, Elizabeth still used her spatial rift ability to save Booker.

Then she said to Booker with unmistakable tsundere pride,

"You're a liar and a scoundrel, but you're my only way to Paris."

"Don't get too used to my help. You're just a tool for me to achieve my goal, nothing more."

The pair of Booker and Elizabeth continued on their journey.

Zhang Yi once again enjoyed the care of a god-tier support character. He never had to worry about health packs or ammunition; thoughtful Elizabeth took care of everything.
