There were many benefits to getting up early.
It came with physical benefits like feeling refreshed, boosting metabolism, improving skin, making it harder to gain weight, and strengthening immunity,
as well as potential benefits like clearing the mind, leaving more room to plan the day, increasing happiness, improving work efficiency, and so on and so forth.
Of course, if you wanted to ask me
why, whenever you got up early, your back ached, your legs cramped, your eyes were unfocused, your limbs weak, and you felt none of the above benefits at all,
while staring at the six o'clock sun with dark circles under your eyes, a sallow complexion, and an extra pound on your body, only to ask yourself in agony, "Why am I still alive?"

After all, all the benefits of getting up early were based on the premise that you had not stayed up late,
although who knew how many people, forced to rise early after staying up late, had felt such regret and annoyance that they wanted to kill themselves, swearing with utter resolve,

But once night came,
that freedom, that unrestrained abandon.

But their little Fang Ran was never like that. When he lived in The Cabin, he rarely stayed up late, and usually when he could not get up in the morning,
it was simply because he liked sleeping in.
