The Magic Cube-sized metal cube suddenly froze in midair a meter in front of him!
A second followed the next second, moving faster and carrying greater force, likewise freezing a meter in front of that black figure.
Then came the third, the fourth, the fifth, sixth, seventh, and eighth.
The identical metal cubes came one after another like machine-gun bullets, shooting toward the young man's black-clad figure, each faster and stronger than the last.
The distance at which they initially froze, one meter in front of him, also kept shrinking as though it were being breached again and again.
Ninety, eighty, seventy, sixty centimeters—half a meter!
Yet the figure remained standing where he was. He merely held his breath and stared with black eyes.
Aim for the center of gravity, control Magic Energy, get used to simplifying the "formula," use the activation point to cancel the impact force, turn it into instinct.
Then, when the ninth metal cube shot toward him with a shriek of rushing air, even a participant's reflexes were nearing their limit, crossing the warning line.
