Night had fallen over Midnight, and beneath the moonlight lay the vast, tranquil immortal mountain.
On a side peak at the edge of the range, the young man who had reached the summit first waved the flashlight in his hand to signal to his companions behind him as he called out.

Hearing his voice, two more figures quickly followed him up.

Holding a lantern, Li Ze looked over the small, flat mountaintop with its wide-open view. Klim, meanwhile, marveled at the scenery and looked at the young man who had brought them there in surprise.
