The entire city was so vast and ruined that it felt like wasteland after the destruction of civilization. Yet the sky, filled with towering buildings and swarmed over by flying Black Shadows,
the streets where hordes wandered, with several powerful individuals—or even a colossal black beast—passing through from time to time,
the gathering of countless Numbered Monsters of all kinds had instead created a different kind of "prosperity"!
