This was destined to be an age in which the world changed and was reborn.

After the flames of war that had swept across the entire world went out, countless things were reduced to ashes scattered across the ground.

In the Third World, seeing the myth of the suzerain states shattered, the people of Asia, Africa, and Latin America awakened and raised a tide of independence.
At the same time, on the land of the East, an indomitable nation, after more than a decade of war and resistance, after making countless sacrifices, finally swept away all its enemies and unified once more, completing the founding of its nation. Rising from the mire of history, it declared an end to a century of national humiliation, and had just won the war upon which the new state stood, shocking the world by repelling the world's hegemon amid a landscape where everything waited to be rebuilt.
