Rebecca was startled when she heard that, then lowered her head. She had changed into an orange princess dress, and her hair had been exquisitely braided. She looked every bit the princess. Lowering her head, she said, "Luffy, I received the letter."
Rebecca said sadly, "Soldier is desperately trying to distance himself from me."
She picked up a letter and looked at it. "He wants to cut all ties with me."
Rebecca bit her lip, on the verge of tears. "Why? Was it because I said something hurtful? Does he not want to live with me anymore?" Rebecca said miserably, her eyes brimming with tears. "Does he think I'm a burden?"
Luffy said angrily, "How would I know? Think about it yourself! I have to leave this country. I only came to ask whether you're really okay with this!"
Rebecca shouted, "Of course I'm not! How could I possibly be okay with it?!" Tears immediately began streaming down her face.
Luffy said, "Then do you want to come with me?"
"What?!" Rebecca was startled, then said, "I'm going!" Tears and snot ran down her face together.
When the palace guards behind her heard that, they were all shocked. "Princess Rebecca!"
Viola stepped out as well and said nervously, "Rebecca! Straw Hat, stop!"
