Kureha said, "Why are you making that face, Dalton? You're attending the World Conference as the First Hokage of the Sakura Kingdom, right?"
Dalton replied that he was.
Standing before the castle, Kureha ate and drank as she said, "That's why I said I'd be the ship's doctor for this journey. Aren't you happy? Still, you did well rebuilding this winter island into a country qualified to attend the World Conference."
Dalton was overjoyed. "It was all thanks to their help." As he spoke, they looked up at the sky.
Kureha looked up as well and smiled. "The bunch who took my idiot son away?"
Dalton answered, "Yes, the Straw Hat Pirates, and Doctor Hiriluk."
Looking up at the sky, Kureha pondered, "What is that idiot son of mine doing now, and where is he?" Her expression was filled with longing.
Dalton walked over and said, "He's probably happily sailing somewhere with the Straw Hat Pirates."
Meanwhile, in the Black Drum Kingdom of the South Blue, Wapol, the First Hokage of the Black Drum Kingdom, was preparing to attend the World Conference. Darkness hung over the entire country.
Wapol said happily, "I'm once again reminded of my turbulent life—from being driven out of Drum Kingdom to attending the World Conference as a king."
After Straw Hat Luffy sent him flying, he woke up in an unfamiliar place. He ate grass and stones, yet still managed perfectly well on his own. He ate kerosene lamps and long tunnels; everything on the streets was his snack.
