That assassin's dagger had possessed Anti-Space properties and would have made a fine infiltration weapon, but Charlotte had long since mastered the Colorless Blade. It was his innate ability and more convenient to use than equipment.
Magic Gun Bags were Spatial Equipment, and Spatial Equipment had a major flaw: they could not themselves be concealed. Once someone searched his body, they could no longer be hidden, so he could not carry them either.
