Charlotte glided past in an elegant sweep. He had long since seen clearly that beneath the double-edged broadsword's black armor was still a gigantic black ape. Even its pair of exposed hands were shaggy, covered in countless black hairs.
The black ape's double-edged broadsword flashed with the speed of thunder and lightning. If he had not already maxed out the Agility Technique, and if not for the help of five Evil God-level "family members," he would have been hacked to death like a fly within a few exchanges.
Although Charlotte had grown enormously with the support of Omibella, Dapochilodo, Ivona, Vasuki, and Amon, there was still a heaven-and-earth gap between him and this ape Evil God. At most, he was only a dozen or so meters tall, while this massive black ape was dozens of kilometers tall!
With Charlot Mecklenburg joining the battle, the black ape had to divert at least thirty percent of its attacks to drive him away. Far fewer blade flashes fell upon the Holy Light Divine Kingdom. Although four of the Holy Light Divine Kingdom's five masters appeared to be delicate women unsuited for battle, and the remaining one, Amon, was merely a child, when it came to sheer strangeness, they were in no way inferior to any Evil God. With the frequency of attacks against them reduced, they could unleash even more of their Evil God power.
Before long, Charlotte saw a faint green layer appear over the black ape's body. The green layer suddenly shuddered and actually peeled away, taking more than half of the black ape's armor with it.
Charlotte immediately heard Dapochilodo's delighted cry. Wrapped around half a suit of armor, that green layer fell onto the Holy Light Divine Kingdom.
