Charlotte invoked the authorities of Fantasy Dreamscape, Splendid Dream, and Nightmare, creating one dream after another in this desolate dream world. Each cluster of dreams fought the God of Eternal Slumber for control of this world.
Zimmerman quickly realized that, without any authority related to dreams, he simply could not contend with Charlotte for control of this dream world. But he was also the undisputed greatest genius of the Old Continent, vastly learned and knowledgeable. He immediately changed tactics and ventured deep into the Eternal Slumber Dream world.
Just as Charlotte was slightly puzzled by his method of battle, a muddy torrent surged into the sky. A wanton burst of laughter echoed through the dream world as an eerie power broke free from the restraints of the Eternal Slumber Dream world and returned to reality.

Only then did Charlotte realize that Zimmerman had actually rushed out of the Eternal Slumber Dream world and captured the fleeing Evil Spirit soul. He accepted the Evil Spirit's soul without ceremony and silently continued expanding his own dream world.
Zimmerman soon sensed that his actions within the Eternal Slumber Dream world were always strengthened by an unseen power, making him far more at ease. Even when he released the soul of a second sleeping evil god, a power would help him restrain that evil god's soul.
