Charlotte did not stay on Falcon Avenue for long. After being unusually diligent for an entire morning, he happily skipped work and went to pick up Anne, whose classes were nearly over.

The two had lunch together first, then headed to Alcatraz District. Three of the Empire of Fars's seven major detective agencies were located there. Besides the Cat Detective Agency, the Fiery Steed Detective Agency was there as well.

The Fiery Steed Detective Agency was clearly in much better financial shape than the Cat Detective Agency. It occupied three buildings facing the street: one five-story building and two three-story buildings. Each rooftop had training facilities, allowing the detectives to practice swordsmanship, marksmanship, and various other skills.

Aubrey Teuton Atwood had been willing to sell the detective agency because its real assets were mainly its reputation within the industry and its group of experienced veteran detectives. The properties and registered agency name were worth comparatively little. Besides, Charlotte had risen too quickly. Though the Fiery Steed Detective Agency had people, it could not compare to a Knight Order.

Aubrey Teuton Atwood believed that, with his abilities, making a comeback would not be difficult. Moreover, many veteran detectives were willing to start over with him, so selling the Fiery Steed Detective Agency and recovering a sum of capital was the best choice.

Charlotte and Anne stepped down from the carriage and looked out at the Wild Horse Society's three office buildings, their feelings somewhat complicated.

Charlotte smiled and said, "Let's go in."

The moment Charlotte and Anne entered the Wild Horse Society, a young female Apprentice Detective at the reception desk gently asked, "May I ask what business you need to handle, sir?"

Charlotte replied, "I am Charlotte Mecklen. Gather all the detectives of the agency."

The receptionist's expression froze slightly.
