Zyra shouted at the top of her lungs, throwing the entire Elf Bug housing area of the castle into utter chaos. Dense swarms of Little Elves and Great Elves flew wildly through the corridors, yelling and clamoring. It was even noisier than a bustling market.
"Ula!"
"What the hell is going on?!"
"Zyra is a bully!"
"Jigu jigu."
"Bobo bobo bobo bobo..."
"Huff huff."
"What an awful Great Elf."
"Zyra, do you want to discuss the art of bondage with me?"
"I can't stand this Great Elf who loves stirring things up. Can't she just play nicely? She comes up with new ways to disturb my peace every day."
The buckwheat Dragon Elf Ati stretched lazily.
It was reading in its own Elf Bug room and had no desire to pay any attention. As a Dragon Elf—and one that had migrated from Iron Dragon Chain Palace—perhaps Ati had already worked through the knot in its heart. But with Zyra constantly making trouble, it had never been able to properly blend into its new surroundings.
Thus, the position of elf steward had never fallen to it—though, of course, it had little interest in being a steward anyway.
