Within a single hour, administrative offices in every major city had received the notice and posted proclamations announcing Liszt and Ake's wedding, set for June 1st of Flame Calendar Year 2.
"His Majesty's grand wedding—may the Flame Kingdom endure for ten thousand generations!" Knights everywhere rushed into the streets, spreading the news far and wide while celebrating their king.
The commoners in the cities soon learned the news as well and likewise poured into the streets, enthusiastically discussing it in groups of two and three.
