Liszt understood magic potions very well.

However, with the added implication of "auxiliary," it became somewhat inscrutably impressive.

"Taken literally, auxiliary means helping. In other words, when made into a magic potion, does it help digest magic power? Or can it assist the growth of other magic potions? Or does it mean that mixing it with other magic potions produces better effects?"

There was no way to infer the answer.

Liszt could only wait. He planned to use the seeds to cultivate more new varieties of auxiliary magic potion black nightshade, which would take some time. Even with the boost from Black Nightshade Bugs, it would still take two or three months before results could be seen.

Suppressing his curiosity about the auxiliary magic potion, he reviewed the new mission.

"Mission: The sea siren Ake Loides Truth has found a wondrous coral reef. It is submerged at high tide and reveals a ring-shaped atoll at low tide. Many giant clams live within it, and their shells contain large quantities of black pearls. Why not gather a batch? Reward: A piece of magic equipment."

This mission made Liszt's eyes light up. Ake had actually discovered a coral reef, one inhabited by giant clams capable of producing black pearls.

It immediately reminded him of the giant clam salvaged from the seashore last year.

Though it had not been a sea monster, it could produce black pearls with wondrous magic power. He had assumed it was a giant clam that lived on the deep-sea floor and had accidentally been washed ashore. He had never expected that they actually lived in a coral reef near Flower Town.

There was no doubt about it.
