Clash of the Knightly Tides

Nameless Castle of Mane City stood on the slope of a low hill outside Mane City, some distance away. According to Baron Moray's plan, while the Black Knight Order attacked Nameless Castle, they would quietly gather inside the city, then charge forth in one burst and coordinate with the castle in an attack from within and without.

Perhaps they really might have a chance to smash through the Black Knight Order.

The reason knights were so powerful lay in the fact that when they charged, all their battle qi merged into one, unleashing tremendous destructive force.

It was nearly unstoppable.

That was why knights could rule the world.

Of course, with Dousen as his support, Liszt was not at all afraid of Baron Moray's ambush plan—before they could even finish assembling, Dousen's instant-cast magic might already have torn down Nameless Castle.

However.

Now that Paris had uncovered the enemy's plan, Liszt immediately decided to turn their scheme against them. He would pretend to attack the castle while actually using his telescope to observe Baron Moray's ambush in advance. Before the enemy could launch their charge, the Black Knight Order would charge first.

A head-on clash, to hone their blades!

To pursue the greatest possible slaughter!

So that no knights could take the chance to flee and force them into another round of pursuit.

The night passed peacefully, and the knights on watch detected no enemy raid.

Before dawn the next day, they lit fires and prepared food. By the time the sky showed its first pale light, the Black Knight Order had finished assembling. Clad in refined steel armor, Liszt drew the Red Blood Sword and pointed it skyward. "Move out!"

Rumble!

The horses, clad in barding and bearing knights upon their backs, surged like a tide of tanks.
