Chris lowered her head to look at the shattered teacup and the tea splashed all over the floor, seemingly realizing that she had overreacted. "Lord Viscount, are you sure you haven't misspoken? Your sister is so young—are you certain she isn't a Grand Magician, but a legendary Magician?"
"You should know I'm not one for jokes. Ake only recently touched the magic net and completed elemental reshaping, becoming a true Magician. She is probably the only Magician born in the Sapphire Grand Duchy, as well as the Iron Ridge Kingdom and the Eagle Kingdom, in the past hundred years."

With one hand pressed to her chest, Chris still looked at Ake in disbelief.
Although she had shattered the cup because the fright had come too suddenly, the breaking cup had also invisibly dispersed that shock and allowed her to swiftly calm down. She began to think Liszt might be joking. Yet there was not a trace of jest in Liszt's tone.
And this female magician, petite in build, clear-eyed, and flawless in appearance, did not seem to be joking in the slightest either.
Most importantly, the faint, elusive aura emanating from her made Chris's heart palpitate. When she tried to grasp it carefully, it vanished again, as though it had merely been an illusion. But as a Grand Magician, with keen five senses and
